Welcome To Loans4Love:

Your Home Loan Professionals

American Financial Network’s Community Outreach Division has launched a groundbreaking national initiative called Loans4Love designed to enhance corporate, community and consumer responsibility.  The new Loans4Love program will become the largest donation vehicle in the country to help fund non-profit organizations and other entities such as local schools and public safety agencies, without requiring donors to write a check.

While driving down the overall loan cost for the borrower in the process, the Loans4Love initiative has received overwhelming acceptance from corporations, political entities, non-profit organizations and community leaders alike.  It has been warmly embraced by a consortium of national- and state-chartered FDIC banks across the nation, offering consumers a low-cost, transparent loan with a simple, fixed fee that is standard for all consumers.

“Our mission is to empower people with a unique and very easy way to have a direct, positive impact in their community.  And, at the same time, our approach to lending is designed to maintain the highest ethical standards in the industry,” said David Ludington, Community Outreach Founder, President and CEO.  “We also know that buying a home can be overwhelming.  Our expertise in home purchasing and refinancing along with our consortium of FDIC lenders across the nation and the Loans4Love program ensure not only the best financing to fit each personal situation, but an opportunity to help rebuild the community in which people live and call home.”

The program enables borrowers to drive 25 percent of each loan’s 1 percent origination fee to a cause that is near and dear to their heart.  When they purchase or refinance a new or existing home loan through the Loans4Love program, they can choose which non-profit or other local organization should receive the funds.  The Community Outreach Division will then donate 25 percent of the loan origination fee to that organization.  Non-profits must be a registered 501(c)3 and in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
